The quote tool

The quote tool collects gender, birthdate, self-assessed health, tobacco status, desired benefit, and policy duration. These details are transmitted to the carriers' rate engine and not saved locally. Contact data—name, address, phone, email—stays off this site. Identical repeat queries may pull from a brief cache instead of hitting the quoting service again.

Applying

Submitting an application feeds your previous answers into the carriers' encrypted system, which has separate terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed entity (License 0B75129), oversees the process.

The contact form

Contact submissions include your name, email, optional phone, preferred response method, subject, and note, routed by email to the firm. Your email becomes the reply-to field. We retain neither a copy, a submission database, nor logs of what was said. A fleeting anti-spam check runs client-side before dispatch.

Measurement

We measure visits using on-domain, cookie-free analytics. No cookies or persistent trackers are created; your IP gets partially masked before storage; referring URL details are stripped; raw logs vanish after 90 days. Browsers flagged Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We never sell, trade, or distribute your information; we don't deploy ad trackers or external analytics. The sole third-party script is the carriers' application system on the apply page, activated only if you visit.
